CNI will therefore answer the south Chinese growing demand for Acacia gum and bring to its Chinese customers the highest level of customized technical assistance.
CNI will particularly promote on this area:
• Eficacia, natural and cost-effective alternative to modified starches for emulsion applications,
• Encapcia, for encapsulation of sensitive products such as vitamins, plant extracts, natural colours,
• Instantgum range for new texture in gelled confectionery,
• Coatingum for film forming properties in coated confectionery (ex: sugar-free chewing-gum, coated centre of chocolate, dry fruits...)
• Fibregum, a soluble prebiotic dietary fibre, natural exsudate from Acacia tree which is widely used in the traditional Indian & African medicine.
