Chukar Cherries Expands into New Warehouse

28/09/07 Chukar Cherries, the Pacific Northwest’s leading producer of gourmet cherry and berry treats, has officially expanded into their new warehouse building on 320 Wine Country Road in Prosser, Washington. The move comes just in time for the Chukar Team to prepare for the seasonal holiday rush which begins in early September.
The new building will house Chukar Cherries shipping and receiving departments, a loading dock, streamlined production line and an expansive culinary production center to allow for future business growth. For the past few years this family owned and operated manufacturer has seen double digit growth and additional space was necessary.
“Most people don’t realize how much we manufacture at this facility,” says Kathleen Young, Chukar’s Production Manager, “we make all of our products from raw goods to finished product and ship them out for our customers.”
