British dieters find it difficult to give-up bread- research
22 Sep 2004
Only a little over half of the three million Britons who are estimated to be on the Atkins diet are actually following the rules.
22/09/2004 Research reveals that British dieters have found it impossible to stick to low carbohydrate diets and are giving in to temptation in the form of bread and pasta.
