Booker's Butcher's Market Reveils New Products

Booker is encouraging retailers to make the most of their fresh meat offering by ordering little and often to establish their selling pattern.

The packs are easy to merchandise and by buying them little and often retailers can maximise their availability and minimise their wastage.
