BI Nutraceuticals Adds New Extracts to its Extensive Supplement, Food and Beverage Ingredient Lines

3 Nov 2009 --- BI Nutraceuticals announced that it has added four new extracts that can be used in dietary supplements, functional foods and beverages to its ingredient library:
Elderberry: a 4:1 ratio extract that can be used to boost antioxidant properties. Available in a water-soluble formulation for use in beverage applications.
Rosemary: standardized to a 2.5 percent rosmaric acid. Rosemary is one of the most powerful nature-derived antioxidants.
Mangosteen: a high antioxidant superfruit from Asia. Available in a water-soluble formulation for use in beverage applications.
Yerba Mate: available as a 4:1 ratio extract or an extract standardized to 20 percent caffeine. Engineered to have a very clean taste for food and beverage applications specifically.
