Ahold Delhaize agreed to acquire 100% of Romanian grocery retailer Profi Rom Food from MidEuropa, and Premier Foods acquired breakfast brand FUEL10K. Cargill has completed an expansion project at its soybean crush and refined oils facility in Ohio, US.
