A-ware and Vika Announce Co-operative Dairy Partnership

A-ware Food Group shall be engaged in development, marketing and sale of cheese specialties for her (international) retail customer base. The focus of Vika Food Ingredients is the supply of these ingredients to industrial customers.

Jan 23 2012 --- A-ware Food Group and Vika Food Ingredients have started a cooperation in the area of development and production of a variety of dairy based ingredients.

Within this cooperation A-ware Food Group shall be engaged in development, marketing and sale of cheese specialties for her (international) retail customer base. The focus of Vika Food Ingredients is the supply of these ingredients to industrial customers. “last year we incorporated Schipper Cheese, a company specialized in melting and smoked cheeses” informs Jan Anker, CEO of A-ware Food Group. “The products and concepts developed together with Vika Food Ingredients are an addition to the present assortment.

With these new products we can service our (international) retail customers even better. “Vika Food Ingredients is successful with the supply of cheese and other dairy ingredients to the international food industry. Due to this cooperation with A-ware Food Group we can now also develop products and concepts for the retail market.”

The assortments and activities of A-ware Food Group en Vika Food Ingredients are supplementary. Together they can upgrade their service to a new level. A-ware Food Group is a well known chain supplier in cheese.
