Ingredion extends virtual lab capabilities, showcasing dairy expertise in Asia-Pacific

09 May 2019 --- Ingredion has extended its virtual lab, INSIDE IDEA LABS, in the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region, to the dairy market, bringing its application expertise in dairy product formulation to food and beverage manufacturers, 24/7. The virtual dairy lab showcases technical resources including sample formulations, white papers and responses to questions that customers frequently ask about topics such as formulating clean label and indulgent dairy products, recipe savings and mouthfeel enhancement.

Ingredion’s virtual dairy lab also hones in on key market opportunities in APAC. There is an added focus on cheese, yogurt and creamers including sweetened condensed creamers (SCCs) and non-dairy creamers (NDCs).
