In Asia and Western Europe, organic is trending, whereas in Eastern Europe GMO is a more communicated about topic. Interestingly, the percentage of dairy product launches with a “no additives/preservatives” claim decreased across the three regions, whereas organic grew in Asia as well as Western Europe.
