Optimizing the Liquid Food Filling Process

These are our wires at the Enuga Food Tech in Cologne, and I'm here with Marcus Schlumberger from Bosch, and Bosch are highlighting a new improvement to their AMAC inline cup filling technology.
Marcus, can you explain a bit about what's driving this demand and what you've exactly done?
Yeah, we are really glad that AAC is showing here a new feature on our inline filling machine.
What we introduced here is the decontamination.
System as an alternative system to the H2O2 system.
We are showing here our system.
It means we will give to all dairy companies the option to have two different kinds of decoination systems hydrogen peroxide, which is used very often in the past and is known in the market, but we have an alternative now.
Can also offer to our customers a light system.
It means that decontamination of the cup inside is done with light pulses, and through these light pulses we ensure that all the germs, mold, yeast is killed so we can reach up to look for reduction and ensure our operator for our customers to have a safe operation of the line.
Is this machine already in use or in production?
We have already delivered such a line to one of our customers, and we are promoting it now to the market through the Annuga, and we are convinced it will have many more installations pretty soon.
What type of applications is it suitable for?
It can be used in dairy companies.
Kind of dairy applications, yogurt, kefir, buttermilk, so we are doing that for the hygienic level ultra clean.
So whatever goes in the ultra clean hygienic level, we can offer this system to our customers.
Another advantage is that it's easily adaptable in terms of size.
Can you say a bit more about that?
This leads us to our next topic here in our exhibition machine.
This exhibition machine is a so-called size changeable exhibition machine.
It means we can operate different kinds of diameters of the cups on the same machine.
For example, in this machine we show a 95 millimeter cup sized part as as the 75 millimeter.
So for a very easy adjustment, our customers, the dairy blends, can quickly change from one size to another.
