Polygum 240 series, partially hydrolysed guar gum improve the properties of your products and make them unique. Our partially hydrolysed guar gum (PHGG), undergoes a depolymerisation process where the long  molecular chain is cut into smaller units. The main applications are ice cream, cream cheese, fruit preparation and fruit juices.
