Planteneers GmbH develops and produces individual system solutions for plant-based alternatives to meat, sausage and fish products, as well as dairy products, cheese, deli foods, baking products and egg products. The creative pool and heart of Planteneers is the Plant Based Competence Center, which sees itself as a nucleus for innovative, future-oriented food concepts and is also a platform for dialog with customers. As a member of the independent, owner-operated Stern-Wywiol Gruppe with a total of twelve sister companies, Planteneers makes use of many synergies. Customers benefit further from the Group's international network of 17 affiliates and numerous qualified foreign representatives in the key markets.
Alternatives to meat products: Planteneers' stabilising and texturising systems and all-in compounds for vegetarian and vegan cold cuts, plant-based nuggets, hot dogs, burgers and ground meat provide familiar bite, authentic mouth feel, appetizing appearance and a pleasing basic seasoning.Â
Alternatives to fish: Planteneers has developed various product ideas for this new segment. One example are plant-based alternatives to breaded fish sticks and fish filet based. Another new product is alternative tuna, which looks and tastes like canned tuna and can be used in many different ways. Another innovation is the solutions for plant-based sushi and sashimi.
Alternatives to dairy products: The full compounds from the fiildDairy range can be used to produce numerous plant-based alternatives to dairy products such as milk drinks, desserts, cream, yogurt, ice cream and cheese. They provide balanced sensory factors, familiar consistency and good processing characteristics – even without soy.
Alternatives to deli products: Trend products for plant-based enjoyment are also full compounds for egg-free deli creams. Using fiildDeli series integrated compounds, fine emulsions can be made with different fat contents. Other examples are plant-based dressings and an alternative to Bolognese sauce.Â
Alternatives to egg products: eggs are included in many products to give them certain properties. Planteneers develops different alternatives to egg, tailored to the different applications. One example are plant-based egg patties.
