06/02/09 Z Trim Holdings, Inc., manufacturer of multi-functional food ingredients, has agreed to an exclusive Israeli distributorship agreement with Freya ICB, Inc., a company engaged in the supply of various high quality products for a number of other suppliers/manufacturers in Israel. Freya has agreed to spend a minimum of $200,000 (US) on an introductory marketing push in order to introduce Z Trim products to the Israeli market.
This news comes on the heels of other distribution-related announcements, including that of global distributor DKSH securing a large European order and WTI representing Z Trim to the meat and poultry industries.
For a term of at least three years, Freya will introduce, promote, market, distribute, sell and service the Z Trim and NanoGum brands and blends in Israel.
With sales growth of 29.9% forecast for Israel's mass grocery retail (MGR) sector to 2010, Z Trim foresees potential for steady growth in sales of its multifunctional fiber ingredients over the next few years.

The addition of Z Trim products to its lines enhances Freya ICB's catalogue of healthful functional ingredients.
