Z Trim Holdings Engages Aveka Group to Optimize Service and Supply to Food Processors
Collaboration to augment new product/market development and manufacturing initiatives is the latest step in Z Trim Holdings' ongoing commitment to add value for its customers.
22 Dec 2009 --- Z Trim Holdings, Inc., manufacturer of multifunctional dietary fiber ingredients for the food industry announced it has entered into an agreement with the Aveka Group to collaborate on new product development and manufacturing initiatives. The Aveka Group is a contract manufacturing and research and development company that focuses on particle technology. Cresco Food Technologies, LLC, part of the Aveka Group, is a food and nutraceutical processing facility adhering to the highest quality standards in the food industry.

Z Trim Holdings engaged Aveka to assist in further optimization of the manufacturing process and to develop plans to protect and expand Z Trim's intellectual property. The agreement includes research and development initiatives aimed at establishing and expanding the functional performance of the insoluble and soluble fibers derived from Z Trim Holdings' existing patented processes.
