Yellowstone Brands expands into Asian foods

20/10/05 Yellowstone Brands Ltd. has announced the purchase of all of the assets of Chung's Products, Inc., d/b/a Chung's Gourmet Foods. Chung's, headquartered in Houston, is a leading producer of Asian food appetizers and entrees sold primarily to the retail food industry. Chung's also has business within the club store and food service channels of the food industry. Its major product lines are egg rolls, mini-egg rolls, and Asian entrees.

Yellowstone Brands was formed by Yellowstone Capital Partners, LLC in September 2005 in partnership with Mr. Vreij "Reg" Kolandjian to acquire, grow and consolidate food and consumer branded products and businesses. Through its subsidiaries, Yellowstone Brands will manufacture, outsource and market specialty branded products channeled to growing niche markets. Yellowstone Brands will pursue growth both internally and through acquisitions and will be led by Vreij Kolandjian as its Chief Executive Officer and Rick Owen as its Chief Financial Officer.
