30 Jul 2014 --- Wixon has introduced new menu solutions for the foodservice market to be showcased at The Flavor Experience conference in Newport Beach, Calif., Aug. 4 through 7. Crafted by The Wixon Foodservice Group, a team of seasoned flavor chemists, meat scientists, food technologists and Wixon’s corporate chef, Steve Padley, the menu concepts were developed in Wixon’s Innovation Center and from globally-sourced ingredients.
