"Moms today tell us they need nutritious snacks that her younger kids will want to eat," Darin Dugan said Senior Director of Marketing Lunchables. "With this in mind, we set out to create a new product that would make snack time both entertaining for kids and provide wholesome ingredients moms love."

Lunchables Jr. snack combinations prove that mom-friendly snacks can also be satisfying for picky young eaters. Even more, each variety has three different snacks in one handy package, perfect for satisfying little ones and busy moms. The snacks are available in three varieties, including:
- Lunchables Jr. Ritz Sticks, Raisins and Peanut Butter offers a good source of fiber and contains half a serving of fruit. (Sensible Solution)
- Lunchables Jr. Teddy Grahams, Kraft Mozzarella Strips and Strawberry Yogurt Flavored Dip packs an excellent source of calcium and protein. (Sensible Solution)
- Lunchables Jr. Ritz Bits, Kraft Mozzarella Strips and Roasted Turkey provides a good source of calcium and protein.

Each Lunchables Jr. Sensible Solution product is identified with a green Sensible Solution flag on the front of the package. When consumers see the flag, they'll know that product met specific, "better-for-you" nutrition criteria, on a per serving basis, for a specific category or group of foods, like snacks.

Available nationwide in August, Lunchables Jr. snack combinations can be found in the grocer's refrigerated meat case section and have a suggested retail price of $1.99.
