VION and Baltussen Fail to Reach Agreement on Oerlemans Foods Sale

09 May 2013 ---- VION N.V. has announced that the sale of Oerlemans Foods to Baltussen Holding B.V. has been cancelled. No agreement was reached concerning the definitive conditions and price for Oerlemans Foods.

VION announced the intended sale on 11 January 2013 because Oerlemans Foods no longer constitutes part of the company's core activities. For the time being, Oerlemans Foods will retain its healthy, independent market position within the VION Food Group.
