14/03/05 Chile, Vina Concha y Toro S.A. has announced the acquisition of the main assets of Vina Francisco de Aguirre.
The assets include Vina Francisco de Aguirre's vineyards, vinification and aging cellars, main brands associated with the winery, a bottling facility, machinery, raw materials and brands.
The acquisition is valued at around Ch$ 10,000 million (US$ 17 million) and is part of an investment program aimed at supporting future growth.
