--- Chr. Hansen has embarked on a 50/50 joint venture (JV) with Lonza to address the emerging market of biotherapeutic products. The JV was formed in 2019 to leverage Lonza’s knowledge and technology in pharmaceuticals with Chr. Hansen’s 145-year experience of working with good bacteria.
