The spectrum of concentrates ranges from very neutral tastes (wheat) to distinctive flavours (spelt) and from very light colours (rice) to dark shades (barley malt). Therefore, they meet a variety of objectives: sweeteners, bulking agent, coating, prevent crystallisation, cereal taste, natural colouring, crispness, fat replacement, etc.
