Starting January 2, 2006, guests can create an entire meal from "Guilt-Free Choices," menu items lower in fat, calories or carbohydrates, or "Indulgent Favorites" featuring a selection of Friday's favorites, all for $12.99. The promotion runs through February 25, 2006.
Appealing to guests looking for healthier choices, the nine "Guilt-Free" items are ideal. Debuting with the 'Three Course Menu' promotion are Zen Chicken Pot Stickers (10 grams of fat, 500 calories), fire-grilled dumplings stuffed with minced chicken and vegetables topped with pico de gallo and served with tangy Szechwan dipping sauce; Shanghai Chicken Salad (10 grams of fat, 500 calories), fire-grilled chicken breast served over shredded greens and tossed with low-fat Cilantro-Lime dressing, mandarin oranges and diced tomatoes; and Shrimp Key West (12 net carbs), skewers of seasoned char-grilled shrimp topped with sparkling citrus splash served with a side of vegetables. Low-carb options include Atkins® Green Salad (7 net carbs), Chicken Verde Enchilada Combo (16 net carbs), Bruschetta Tilapia (10 grams of fat, 500 calories), Sizzling Chicken with Vegetables (17 net carbs), Barbecue Jack Chicken (10 grams of fat, 500 calories), and Atkins® New York Cheesecake (8 net carbs).
For guests seeking classic Friday's dishes, there are 13 tempting items on the "Indulgent Favorites" menu. The Cheesy Bacon Cheeseburger, a grilled beef patty topped with melted American cheese, crispy bacon and golden fried Provolone cheese, will be offered for the first time during this promotion. Additional indulgent offerings include Chipotle Queso Dip & Chips, Fried Mozzarella, Pot Stickers, Bruschetta Chicken Pasta, Half-Rack Double-Glazed Ribs, Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad, Jack Daniel's® Pulled Pork Sandwich, Friday's® Shrimp, Sizzling Chicken and Cheese, Chicken Fingers, Cinnabon® Cheesecake, and Vanilla Bean Cheesecake.
Although not included in the 'Three Course Menu', guests can also complement their meal with a Friday's new Ultimate Mango Berry Margarita, a combination of Jose Cuervo Gold, fresh strawberry puree and the sweet flavor of mango or the new Espresso Martini, made with ABSOLUT Vanilla, creme de cacao and Starbuck's(TM) Coffee Liqueur.
