Texture Technologies Corp. Opens New Service Center
09 Dec 2013 --- Texture Technologies Corp. has announced the opening of a new service center in Brewster, New York. The new service center is co-located with the firm’s machine shop and offers customers faster than ever service for new product sales, upgrades, repairs, and the custom design of probes and fixtures for the TA.XTPlus Texture Analyzer.
Co-location with the service center gives the machine shop same day access to the service center’s full inventory of texture analyzers, probes, and fixtures. As a result, the machine shop can fulfill customization orders rapidly and customers can have solutions to their food product testing challenges in hand faster than ever.
The new service center also offers higher inventory levels and expedited delivery times for the entire family of TA.XTPlus Texture Analyzers. Additionally, the product upgrade and repair processes have been streamlined so customers can get up and running on their upgraded TA.XTPlus instruments rapidly.
According to Texture Technologies’ President, Marc Johnson, "We are always looking for opportunities to continue to serve our customers more effectively and efficiently. By co--locating our service center with our machine shop, we can turn around all customer orders incredibly fast.” The TA.XTPlus family of texture analyzers is the market leader in food product texture analysis because of the power and flexibility that they offer users.
The option to add on customized probes and rigs to a texture analyzer is important to many companies and research teams. “While our standard probes and fixtures serve a wide--range of applications, many of our customers choose the TA.XTPlus because of the flexibility and customization that we offer to help them solve challenges that are unique to their food product testing or research. The ability to request a customized probe to address a particular testing challenge and then have that customized piece in hand quickly is of extreme value,” Johnson adds.
