18 Feb 2010 --- In 2009 the leading Russian manufacturer of filling & packaging machines “Tauras-Fenix” launched into serial production more than 10 models of machines relating to various ranges. In 2010 the company is planning to maintain the innovative development policy in spite of continuing crisis influence on packaging industry. In the first quarter of 2010 “Tauras-Fenix” starts producing a new low-budget machine designed for filling into cardboard bag of “Pur-Pack” type "Pastpack TX 1800". There is a possibility to seal a nipple on the bag by ultrasound. The bag (0,25, 0,5 and 1,0 l ) is filled with two-flow volumetric filler. The filler is equipped with a pneumatic drive unit. Foam is exhausted after bag filling and it especially fits to foaming products. Drive units system allows to change operating speed of executive devices and machinery capacity in a wide range.
The maximum performance level (with nipple sealing) is up to 1800 bags/hour. There is a possibility of “hygienic” filling in “clean environment” (product filling in closed zone in protective gas environment). The sterilization system in protective chamber includes: prior bag heating, system of bag treatment with hydrogen peroxide steam (H2O2), bag drying with hot sterile air as well as treatment zone ventilation. The marketers of “Tauras-Fenix” forecast the keen demand on machinery "Pastpack TX 1800", root in the following factors:
* increasing popularity of “Pur-Pack” package;
* currency of budget and easy maintenance machine during economic grievances;
* there is a possibility of “hygienic” filling that allows to keep product storageability without adding preservatives;
* immediate proximity to the manufacturer ( Russian Federation , Saint-Petersburg) and its service centers (in all large centers of Russian Federation ).
