Tata Tea announces relaunch of Tata Tea Premium
Features new packaging aimed to increase market share.
28/01/05 India, Tata Tea Ltd on has announced the relaunch of its flagship brand Tata Tea Premium featuring new packaging to increase market share.
The new offering, apart from featuring new packaging, offers enhanced product quality and a reinforced brand building initiative that will help align the brand closer to consumers, the company said in a release.
Tata Tea brand has continually increased its market share from 7.6 per cent in March 2003 to over 11 per cent in October 2004 and with the relaunch and new positioning, the objective is to increase the lead further, Managing Director Percy Siganporia was quoted as saying.
