03/07/07 Palsgaard has donated economic support for the construction of a state-of-the-art UHT pilot plant at the faculty of Food Science at the University of Copenhagen.
The faculty of Food Science is supplier of the highly skilled labour that Palsgaard needs also in the future. Palsgaard contributes to the students’ education through donations like this, but also through co-operation concerning various development projects.
The co-operation between Palsgaard and the University of Copenhagen is to the mutual benefit of both. Palsgaard benefits from the students’ fresh knowledge and the faculty for Food Science obtains knowledge of projects being particularly relevant and topical for the industry.
