Springbac Worldwide prepares to launch flagship product
Due to strong consumer demand and progressive negotiations with distribution networks, Springbac will be fast-tracked into the market place starting October 7, 2005.
21/09/05 Springbac Worldwide, LLC, an international manufacturer of functional beverages, is pleased to announce it is ready to start production on its flagship product, Springbac®, for immediate release in South Africa. Due to strong consumer demand and progressive negotiations with distribution networks, Springbac® will be fast-tracked into the market place starting October 7, 2005.
Springbac® is the first-of-its-kind beverage that rejuvenates the body by replacing carbohydrates and other essential nutrients depleted by the consumption of alcohol. Springbac® delivers a scientifically formulated combination of carbohydrates and protective antioxidants to boost the body's recuperative powers, help reduce the effects of dehydration, and promote liver health. The beverage is strategically well-positioned to become the first choice for individuals who enjoy the moderate and responsible consumption of alcohol. Springbac's proprietary formula was developed by Professor Denis Viljoen, M.D., a global authority on alcohol abuse and alcoholism. Professor Viljoen is the Head of the Department of Human Genetics at the University of Witwatersrand / National Health Laboratory Service in Johannesburg, South Africa.
Initial consumer tests have shown a positive interest in the lime-flavored beverage, which will be available in a 250ml ready-to-drink single serving and 50ml concentrate, to be mixed with club soda or water.
Springbac will be initially rolled-out in Johannesburg, Durban and Cape Town for both on-premise and off-premise locales. An integrated marketing and advertising campaign will accompany the distribution launch and will be targeted to both the trade and consumers.
Springbac Worldwide, LLC is a Florida-based manufacturer of functional beverages, with offices in Miami, FL and Johannesburg, South Africa.
