Working in collaboration with the Italia 150 Committee, Ferrero will be present – with Nutella – at “Fare gli Italiani”, a great exhibit that is being set up at Officine Grandi Riparazioni.
3/1/2011 --- To celebrate Italy that turns 150, Ferrero has dressed up some of its products - Nutella, Tic Tac, Estathè, Kinder Pan e Cioc, Kinder Brioss, Kinder Délice, Fiesta - in new packagings featuring the Tricolour. These packagings, issued in limited editions, will be distributed over various periods, from March to November. Tic Tac will be sold in a white, green and red assortment; Nutella will come in glass jars decorated with the themes of Italian history, design, art and landscapes. Snack packages will be illustrated with leading figures of the Italian Risorgimento or episodes from the national history, according to an educational and creative approach designed to appeal to kids and to capture their attention.
Besides Rome, Turin, which was Italy’s first capital, will also play a primary role in the celebrations. Working in collaboration with the Italia 150 Committee, Ferrero will be present – with Nutella – at “Fare gli Italiani”, a great exhibit that is being set up at Officine Grandi Riparazioni.
The exhibit will narrate the history of Italy, from the national unification to the present day, through materials illustrating locations, dates, people, themes, events and emblematic products that have characterised “the making of the Italians”.
Drawing upon its extensive know-how concerning the quality and properties of the raw materials of Piedmont, Ferrero will contribute to the creation of a hazel tree orchard in the “Potager Royal” of the Royal Palace of Venaria and to the promotion of the educational initiatives associated with it.
