20/04/06 The most prestigious international award in the world of cheeses was conferred recently to the Spain's Senorio de Montelarreina brand. Chosen as best in its class, Senorio beat two American brands from Wisconsin and earned the Gold Medal. Cheese lovers in the US can now enjoy this cheese thanks to Solex Partners importers, a Chicago-based entrepreneurial company operated by the Trias family.
Solex represents and distributes the best deli products that Spain has to offer, including Iberian meats, Serrano ham, chorizos (sausages), artisan cheeses (naturally cured, wine cured, rosemary wrapped, etc.), olives mixes, olive oils, white anchovies and cherry tomatoes, among others.
