Solbar Industries Ltd. announces the re-structuring of its core business activities. As of November 2005, two divisions have been established which will be responsible for all company activities: Commodity division for production, sales and crushing of oil and soybeans in Israel; Specialty division for R&D, production, marketing and sales of isolated & concentrated soy proteins, textured soy proteins and soy isoflavones to the global market.
According to Micha Harari, Solbar Industries President and CEO, "Solbar has grown during the last five years from a small family company to a major player in the global soy proteins market. An organizational change became essential to fulfill Solbar's multi-year business goals."
The change includes General Manager appointments for each division.

(Israel), a subsidiary of Danone, also served as General Manager of Daymon Worldwide, an international company specializing in the sales and marketing of Private Label consumer products.
