Solae plans wholly owned India subsidiary
Expected to invest around Rs 25 crore in the new venture.
27/06/05 The Solae Co, a Dupont-Bunge JV, is setting up a wholly owned subsidiary in India. The company is expected to invest around Rs 25 crore in the new venture — Solae Co India.
The investment comes as part of the company’s plans to set up a facility to manufacture textured soy proteins and soy protein specialty products in India.
So far, Solae was operating as a part of Dupont in India.
