Silver City Brewery Announces 2015 Release of Old Scrooge Christmas Ale

11 Nov 2015 --- Bremerton, WA — Silver City is proud to announce the return of the highly-limited, Bourbon Barrel-Aged variant of Old Scrooge on November 19th. Aged in single-use Kentucky Bourbon barrels since last Christmas, Bourbon Barrel-Aged Old Scrooge includes dimensions of warming bourbon and wood. Subtle layers of oak, candied fruit, and vanilla waft to the nose, while the rich malt character of the beer bonds with the whiskey notes of the barrel.

This rarity will be initially available in limited quantities at Silver City Brewery Taproom on November 19th at precisely 2pm. It will also be available at Silver City Restaurant & Ale House and specialty bottle shops in Western Washington. With the 2015 release, Bourbon Barrel Aged Old Scrooge will debut its all-new packaging, in 500ml bottles with a pearlescent, foil finished label.
