Shandong Zhouyuan Seed and Nursery Co., Ltd. Signs with New Sales and Distribution Agent in Chongqing City

03/09/07 Shandong Zhouyuan Seed and Nursery Co., Ltd. which is incorporated in the State of Delaware, announced that its operating subsidiary company in China, Shandong Zhouyuan Seed and Nursery Co., Ltd., had signed a new sales and distribution agreement with Chongqing Lifeng Seeds Co., Ltd. on August 11, 2007. Lifeng is authorized as exclusive sales agent to sell and promote in Chongqing city the "Zhouyuan 20", a product of Zhouyuan corn seed and has promised not to sell any other seeds of the same series provided by other companies in this region.
According to this agreement, Zhouyuan guaranteed Lifeng the exclusive agent to sell "Zhouyuan 20" in Chongqing. In order to get the authorized agent to introduce, produce and sell such corn seeds, Lifeng would pay to Zhouyuan RMB 186,000 (or US$ 24,474). "Through this cooperation with Chongqing Lifeng Seeds Co., Ltd., the new established network in Chongqing area, we further strengthen our distribution capacity in such area," says Mr. Wang Zhigang, President of SZSN, "We remain to deliver the most advanced products and specialized customer service to the Chinese farming community, and maintaining our leading position in the local agriculture industry, and that is our target. Our next strategy is moving aggressively to set the most efficient networks in order to lead the seed industry in China."
Chongqing Lifeng Seeds Co., Ltd. specializes in the research, development, production, sale and distribution of hybrid seeds focused in Chongqing city. The Company owns or leases facilities in, among Yongchuan District in this city. As of 2007, Lifeng had more than ten proprietary hybrids currently in the market.
