Sales and Marketing Changes at Linpac Packaging

7/6/2011 --- Linpac Packaging has appointed Joanna Stephenson (left) as Vice President of Marketing and Innovation.
She joins the company following the promotion of Adam Barnett, who becomes Vice President of Sales.
Joanna will co-ordinate marketing activities across Europe for the division’s different product sectors, and will also lead on innovation – ensuring the company is producing packaging solutions tailored to customers’ needs.
Joanna has a wealth of experience of working in global markets, and joined Linpac Packaging from Sun Chemical where she was European Marketing Director for Packaging for four years. Prior to that she was a consultant at rogenSi, which specialises in helping companies drive-up staff performance and productivity, and European Product Director at the Dow Chemical Company.
Joanna said: “I am really looking forward to the new role at Linpac. The packaging industry is certainly facing some interesting times ahead, and ensuring we are delivering high quality innovative products, whilst managing the ever-increasing environmental concerns of customers and consumers, is vital to ensure Linpac Packaging remains competitive and at the forefront of innovation.”
Adam Barnett (right) has been appointed Vice President of Sales after three years as Vice President of Marketing and Innovation.
Adam has worked at Linpac Packaging for 13 years – joining in 1998 as a Key Account Manager.
In his new role he will take responsibility for managing Linpac Packaging’s strategic relationships and partnerships with customers across Europe.
Adam said: “This is an exciting role as we enter an increasingly demanding economic climate where our customers are looking for world-class packaging solutions. We aim to ensure that, as a customer-facing organisation, our clients engage with Linpac Packaging as a genuine strategic partner delivering real business benefits.”
