Sacla' Italian Red Onion & Gorgonzola is a tangy and creamy sauce which blends sweet red onions with mellow gorgonzola. Presented in a small jar, this latest Stir-Through sauce from Sacla' is packed with intense flavour and echoes the message from Italy – dress don't drown!

Sacla' is currently outperforming the market and driving it forward with a year-on-year growth of 7.4% (AC Nielsen value sales 52 w/e 22nd March 2008).

The Sacla' range of products is currently being supported by an extensive marketing campaign, including TV advertising, PR, sampling and web-based activity, all designed to drive trial and grow brand appeal and awareness.
Sacla' are currently targeting four million passionate food lovers with a unique UKTV Food sponsorship package that is driving brand awareness and further enhancing the brand's premium food credentials.
The sponsorship is based around a strand of programming entitled 'Real Food Lovers', which includes the cream of UKTV's chefs including Jamie Oliver, Giorgio Locatelli and Nigella Lawson.
