The new dry line is the result of the increasing demand for innovative products and ingredients, and will increase production to 20,000 tons per year. The new dry line also meets Puratos’ most stringent requirements with regards to quality and productivity, as well as safety and environment.
"We are in a time of great challenge. Since 2010, we have been implementing a project of expansion and innovation by the rapid pace of market growth," says Caio Gouvea, General Manager of Puratos Brazil. "This new line will produce established items and will also allow the development of new pre-mixes, as the mixture to the cheese bread, launching soon."
