Prince Agri Products Acquires Animate from Granco Minerals

Prince is already a leader in dairy nutrition and the acquisition of Animate continues to strengthen their position in the market.

Oct 5 2011 --- Prince Agri Products, Inc. (Prince), a subsidiary of Phibro Animal Health Corporation, has acquired the intellectual property, including patents and trademarks, as well as manufacturing assets for Animate from Granco Minerals, Inc. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
