Phlo Affiliate Begins Initial Shipments of Ready-to-Drink Product

15/12/06 Phlo Corporation announced that one of its affiliates has commenced shipments of the ready-to-drink version of its rehydration/athletic life beverage, AQUIS Rapid Response Rehydration, to fill initial orders of the product. Initial shipments have been primarily to accounts in the Santa Cruz/Monterey Bay, California areas, where the product is gaining significant traction. AQUIS has been given favorable placement on the top shelf of cold boxes and on end-caps in high end, prominent grocery stores in those areas. The Company plans to produce additional product to meet launch requirements of other distributors in January.

AQUIS rehydration products deliver electrolyte payloads through the Company's MEDS, which enables actives to cross cellular membranes and rapidly distribute to target tissue. The MEDS technology involves encapsulation of the payloads for fast and efficient delivery into the bloodstream. The micro-encapsulation of the actives in tiny, biologically-active nano-particles (invisible to the eye) creates protective "coats" allowing immediate, rapid absorption (beginning through the membranes of the mouth) and protection of the payloads through the hostile environment of the stomach.

AQUIS also contains the Company's VEP/PPC technology, which involves the effective delivery to the bloodstream of payloads that repair and protect cellular mechanisms which maintain vigorous longevity.
