Pecan Deluxe Boosts Red Velvet Revolution
12 Jun 2017 --- Pecan Deluxe Candy is fuelling the demand for red velvet indulgence with the launch of its new range of red velvet cake pieces.
Perfect for ice cream, desserts and chilled beverages, the cake pieces can also be combined with one of Pecan Deluxe’s other ingredients, cheesecake pieces, to create an authentic red velvet experience. Available in several sizes (6mm, 9mm and 12mm), the range is manufactured from “kitchen cupboard” ingredients, eschewing the artificial in favor of natural food extracts for color, alongside free range egg.
Supplied frozen in bulk, this premium product can also be twice baked to convert to ambient supply, thus extending its range of applications significantly to include yogurt topping, pot desserts – and of course as a top quality finish for frostings on bakery items such as cakes, muffins and doughnuts.
