7 Nov 2013 --- Partners In Health (PIH), Abbott and its foundation, the Abbott Fund, today announced the opening of a new nutrition production facility in the Central Plateau in Haiti. The centerpiece of a broader partnership between PIH, Abbott and the Abbott Fund to help drive economic development in the region, the facility will produce "Nourimanba," a life-saving treatment for severe malnutrition in children.
