Oystar Presents the Fastest Tube Filling Line in the World

1/21/2011 --- With a fill rate of 750 tubes per minute, the “TFS 80-8” is faster than any other tube filling machine in the world. Oystar IWK has now officially presented the machine.

The 510 tubes-per-minute output of the TFS 80-6 has been unmatched for quite some time. But now Oystar IWK, the market leader in automatic tube filling machines, has broken its own record. The even faster TFS 80-8 tube filling line was presented for the first time to the public. Various journalists had the opportunity to see it for themselves: the machine fills and seals 750 tubes per minute making it the most productive tube filling machine in the world.

The TFS 80-8 will be delivered already this month to Brazil to the world's leading toothpaste manufacturer and will be deployed from mid April. This will enable the company to produce more than 300 million tubes of toothpaste per year. The toothpaste manufacturer has up to now been using the TFS 80-6 tube filling line. With the TFS 80-8, output will be boosted again by 50 percent but with the same space requirement.

What is more, the new tube filling line guarantees complete weight checking and control, thus reducing tube overfilling significantly. This translates into toothpaste savings of 83,000 kg per year. The machine is capable of filling tubes with single-colored toothpaste as well as with two and three-colored striped toothpaste.
