Oskar Blues Rolls Out Pinner 6-Packs Nationwide
04 Mar 2015
04 Mar 2015 --- Oskar Blues is rolling out PINNER Throwback IPA in 6-packs of 12-ounce CANs nationwide this month, following the release of PINNER in mixed 12-pack CANundrum and on draft.
Coming in at 4.9 percent ABV and 35 IBUs, this primo dry-hopped brew is easy to throw back. To put it bluntly, PINNER is the lowest year-round ABV beer to blaze out of Oskar Blues’ brewhouses.
Dry-hopping with several different heady hops, including a killer experimental variety, gives PINNER a tropical, stoned-fruit aroma with hints of pine and smooth malt in the flavor.
PINNER is brewed in both home states of ColoRADo and North Carolina and initially was distributed just in Oskar Blues’ backyards. PINNER joined the mixed 12-pack, CANundrum, in February for national distribution, making that a hotbox of Oskar Blues flagships with the hop-forward Dale’s Pale Ale, the crisp Mama’s Little Yella Pils, the peaty smooth Old Chub Scotch Ale, and now the 4.9 percent ABV PINNER IPA. The PINNER 6-packs are priced in line with the Oskar Blues other 6-packs.
