This dish is the centerpiece of a fifth anniversary celebration of Olive Garden's Culinary Institute of Tuscany, which served as the inspiration for this dish and many others on Olive Garden's award-winning menu.
Tuscan Garlic Chicken is a flavorful blend of herb-seasoned chicken breasts sauteed with oven-roasted garlic, sweet roasted red peppers and spinach, served in a white wine and garlic cream sauce and tossed with curly fettuccine. Olive Garden's signature Principato Bianco, a light- to medium- bodied Italian white wine, is the recommended pairing.
