Nurture, Inc. Announces Acquisition by GTC Nutrition

07/11/06 Nurture, Inc., a primary manufacturer of high value-added oat derived ingredients, including OatVantage, for dietary supplement, food and personal care markets, announced that the majority of its assets have been acquired by Golden, Colorado-based GTC Nutrition, a leading provider of customized ingredient solutions.
