Norevo Unveils New Multifunctional Confectionery Performers

Jan 24 2012 --- Norevo will present the multifunctional Confectionery Performers as gumming, polishing, glazing, sealing, oiling, anti-sticking, souring agents and texturant without gelatin at ProSweets 2012 in Cologne. One product line for a wide range of confectionery applications in panned goods (dragees), gums and jellies, chewy toffees and candies, mogul articles and extruded products: Quick Coat, Quick Shine, Quick Lac, Quick Sol, Quick Glanz, Quick Oil, Quick Chew, Quick Sour, Quick Coll.

 

New is Norevo's universally applicable Quick Gloss, a two-in-one liquid polishing + sealing agent for chocolate and compound dragees. Also new is Norevo's functional anti-sticking agent Quick Oil, which is palm-oil free, natural, sustainable, with a highly stable anti-sticking efficiency.

 

Natural raw materials are the basis of company activities.
