Italians have known for centuries that beef and polenta create a flavor marriage as natural as spaghetti and meatballs. Now Twin Hens has turned this winning combination into a single serving beef pot pie with organic carrots and onions that satisfies like a hearty beef stew.
To create its gluten-free product Twin Hens uses organic cornmeal for the topping along with rice flour and rice starch in the gravy. The high quality beef used is grass fed on strawberry clover, rye, and buffle and rhodes grasses. No hormones or antibiotics are used.
