Co-Drying is a technology enabling the introduction of dry matters during the spray–drying of active ingredients in liquid form (whether solution or emulsion). This technology has been developed to process insoluble raw materials, products with very high viscosity or unstable products in liquid form.
Applications are multiple with possibilities to assemble non miscible products in continuous operation, to blend and dry simultaneously soluble and insoluble materials, or to fix and protect sensible ingredients on solid carriers (proteins, vegetable extracts, fragances…).
These technical solutions are designed to answer specific formulations requirements optimised for each client.
The Co-drying expertise is completing the industrial facilities of NutriProcess and increase the broad ranging services offered to its clients (spray-drying, granulation, coating, micro-encapsulation, co-drying and product formulation).
