25/09/08 Lees of Scotland, one of the UK's leading independent confectionary manufacturers, is launching its ever popular Snowballs and Snowcakes in new bakery packs to be displayed alongside fresh bread and cakes.
The new packaging format containing mini Snowballs and Teacakes, ideal for snacking and convenience, will be stocked in the fresh bakery section in clear plastic trays to allow consumers to view the contents at a glance.
Bert Croll, sales director, commented, “Customer feedback suggests that people enjoy Lees’ Snowballs and Snowcakes in the same way and at the same occasions as fresh bakery goods. The new pack format allows customers to clearly see the product and the new aisle positioning will make it more convenient to pick up at the supermarket”.
