07 Sep 2023 --- Nestlé plans to acquire a majority stake in Grupo CRM, a premium chocolate maker in Brazil. The deal, expected to close in 2024, will give Nestlé access to more than 1,000 chocolate boutiques and an online presence under the Kopenhagen and Brasil Cacau brands.
