Our ripple is based on pectin to give the right texture, mouth feel and processing properties. It is flavoured with blueberry flavour from Firmenich and coloured with Eurolake Briliant Blue LD from Sensient Food Colors. The shimmering effect is provided by Candurin Silver Sparkle from Merck.
